I know it sounds like a joke, but I had that problem once. I was chairing a session at a scientific conference. One of my duties was to introduce each speaker, then hang a microphone around their neck. One of the speakers was indeed a full breasted woman. I managed to get the mike on her without any problem, but I spent the whole time she was delivering her talk wondering how I was going to get that mike off her. Fortunately she saved me the trouble. When she was finished with her talk, she took off the mike and handed it to me. My guess is that she'd faced the same situation at other conferences.
