Madison -- Fresh off a visit to Milwaukee to campaign for Mary Burke, former President Bill Clinton has cut an ad for the Democratic candidate for governor.
"If you're ready for a governor who will get up every day thinking about your family and building the middle class, you're ready for Mary Burke," Clinton says in the ad.
The spot features the former president speaking directly into the camera -- a technique often used by Burke's opponent, Republican Gov. Scott Walker.
The election is Tuesday.

Bill Clinton was found in contempt of court, which he didn’t contest, he was disbarred by the Supreme Court and the state of Arkansas, and he was impeached. Just a friendly reminder.

How could anyone with a brain vote for someone who’s own father and brother fired her from her job in the family business. You got to be beyond incompetent for that to happen.
