As time goes on, the evidence for not only creationism, but for young earth creationism, gets stronger and stronger.
As a point of view, I am convinced that the human body of Jesus the man, the second Adam, was not made whatsoever of entropically degraded flesh from any source. I believe it was of flesh created in situ as was the flesh of the first created Adam (perhaps of the same preserved flesh and blood as Adam's?), and implanted in the womb of Mary, in whom His Body came to full form and of whom He was born.
But don't let this be an attempt to hijack this thread. It's just a thought.
