No matter what they say, it is about generating revenues. Any talk of “safety” is nothing but whitewash.
I’m glad the legislation passed.
The next step might be to pass new legislation to make sure the yellow lights get set back to defined standards since many appear to have been coincidentally shortened to generate more red light revenue.
