What happens when the States go to Amazon and ask for all purchases from people in their State? They are desperate for money and it’s likely sooner or later that’s where they will go.

Amazon closes down shop in America. Moves operations to China. I imagine Washington and the States have been told this.

But guess what? States are already tapping into federal customs data bases and are sending sales tax bills to buyers of expensive items from foreign sources.
