Misuse of a Grand Jury

It has been over three months since the horrific death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. It has been over three months since Brown's parents and loved ones began awaiting a semblance of justice and closure on this painful chapter in their lives. And it's been over three months since a community started searching for answers and justice after another one of its children died at the hands of police.

Yeah, that's what we all want right? Not justice, but an appearance of it.

I’ve sat on superior court juries twice. Both were very technical cases. One involved a LOT of handcrafted art work depicting the inside of a specific person’s head.

Both of these cases lasted 4 weeks each. Why is this grand jury, which is simply trying to decide if it should go to trial at all, taking three months?

this is likely why the grand jury hasnt come back yet.

perhaps some were waiting for Obie and AL SHARPTON to confer with the rioters

A grand jury serves a 3 month term, they may hear may cases in that time.

If the identities of those on the grand jury are known...or can be....they may choose to do nothing.....out of fear of reprisal

Well, Mike Brown’s attorneys just last week begged to get one more witness in, Dr. Michael Baden who did two autopsies ... one for the state, one for the family.

So that held it up.

I’m worried that Eric Holder may have had a heavy hand in making sure Wilson is indicted to some extent.
