Democrats ‘find’ and then count the ‘votes’ until they win. Barber was one of the first to blame Republicans for the Giffords murders by Jared Loughner. Turns out Loughner is a far Left wacko who hated Giffords because she was far enough Left. LEOs knew of him as he had threatened numerous people, but his mom was in the City of Tucson Gov’t, a Dem of course, so nothing was done about Loughner. Barber is a sleazy, smarmy politician. I HOPE Tucson gets the worthy Congressperson, McSally.

McSally attorney Eric Spencer told the board that the only legal reason to delay the canvass was if votes were missing, and none were. He said Barber’s challenge to the uncounted ballots properly belongs in court, in an election challenge.

That's only for Repbulicans.

Democrats get the votes counted now.

Republicans are told to go to court, and then the court tells Republicans that it's too late.

All ballots should be numbered and registered. Every voting precinct should be given a series of ballots. they should ALL be accounted for before any results are announced.

Of course he does. Rats have won 11 out of 11 races that were too close to call. Chance, I think not.

I think the idea is to merely buy time until additional ballots can be magically discovered in somebody's car trunk or a church basement.

County election boards have standards and is is unlikely the 130 votes are really "disputed". They are, most likely, clearly disqualified under the law.

I'm the judge on a local precinct election board. We can be instructed to give someone a provisional ballot even when we know the voter is clearly unqualified as a means to diffuse a situation. The county board can then flag the ballot at their level while we can tell them that their provisional vote will be counted if found qualified.
