A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) labeled President Barack Obama as “Emperor Obama” on Wednesday, after the White House leaked to reporters that the president would act unilaterally on Friday to amend U.S. immigration laws.
“If ‘Emperor Obama’ ignores the American people and announces an amnesty plan that he himself has said over and over again exceeds his constitutional authority, he will cement his legacy of lawlessness and ruin the chances for congressional action on this issue – and many others,” Boehner spokesman Michael Steel said.

states can apply to the Supreme court for an emergency injunction to stop this unconstitutional executive amnesty order. or we can get one of our state attorney generals to do it as in the attorney general of Texas.
Americans have no jobs in this Obama over regulated economy.
now Obama is going to give amnesty to millions of illegals to take more jobs away from Americans. and also Obama will grant many more new work visas , 500,000 technology work immigrant visas
all of these orders are unconstitutional and illegal by Obama

Both are gutless wonders who will huff and puff and then do nothing. They should have the President arrested by Congress for treason but they won’t.
Since Boehner gave up congressional powers to Obama this is basically empty rhetoric.

Since the constitution is very clear that only congress can set immigration If I were in congress I would pass a sense of the congress resolution asking fast track action for a law suit before the SCOTUS on Obama’s actions, and a stay of execution of Obama acting on his unilateral amnesty buy the SCOTUS, a clear injunction by the SCOTUS on the checks and balances and powers of each branch government.
Why have a congress if their powers are usurped?

A lot of patriotic Americans have purchased a stockpile of guns and ammo. Ever wondered why? I thing the Dictator in the White House is about to find out. Like the folks in Ferguson were recently advised, if you don’t already have a gun you should get one quick. I just hope the Republicans can muster enough courage to fend off Obama’s assault on the country before it results in the second American Revolution.
They should go on an hour before this pig and lay out what they are about to hear from the pig. Tell them the lies they are going to hear before they hear it.
