Colmes is irritating. Its clear he doesn’t even believe what he’s saying, his goal is to simply respond with anything & then keep talking to deny his opponent the opportunity to point out his fallacy.
Amnesty for one year at a time thru executive order, equals 5,000,000 guaranteed votes every year because the threat of the default revocation of amnesty will keep the votes coming.
Colmes is actually a decent guy despite his lieberalism.
Megan shut him down almost totally—too much really. She should have let him speak without cutting him off so thoroughly. Could have dismantled his arguments just the same.

Megyn Kelly is the best mix of brains and beauty on TV. And her show is way, way better than either O’Reilly or Hannity. By a mile it is better.
Prediction: The Kelly File will eventually be the top rated Fox News show replacing the lame O’Reilly.

In a battle of wits, Alan (The Pansy) Colmes is unarmed.
I go nuts when I listen to ‘democrat spokespersons’ make these duplicitous arguments with their thin veneer of rationality. It’s like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. I can’t bear watching it.
The one thing that sticks with me in all of these debates is that scope matters. One can decide to let some law breakers go for various reasons. This seems reasonable, but when you decide to let all of them go, you have changed the law. This is not even debatable.
In a broader context, if Obama’s side wins in court, what is a law anymore? The liberals are yucking it up now, but wait until some President comes along and exempts the entire coal and oil industry from their silly CO2 emission laws.
Thoughtful people, upset with the Obama’s decision on its merits, also worry about what it means for the rule of law and order in the United States of America.
Scope does matter. Colms is simply wrong. Obama has us in a bind because he knows the uninformed trolls and minions who don’t follow politics will back him in any political showdown as Obama claims racism and radicalism is out to get him. In the end, this amnesty case simply has to be brought to the Supreme court as fast as possible. I simply can’t imagine any judges siding with Obama. It’s that egregious an act he is undertaking.
In the mean time, we have the House, Senate, most governorships and most legislatures. The GOP will have an array of political means to mess with King Obama. If it’s done correctly, he’ll be the one acting desperate.
Can’t watch the snake. He’s as low as Obama.
