SO let’s follow the logic here. If Sharptoon want’s to abolish a grand jury in special cases then what would his reaction be if an officer of color x used any force against suspect of color y. Would he then say that the “special” circumstances were not met so there would have to be grand jury. Also, what happens to equal protection? Is he really wanting to do away with equal protection under the law?
They already have. It's called the Federal Hate Crimes laws.
Once the race card gets thrown, anything said or done against a "protected citizen" is a FEDERAL crime.
I see blacks on the news carrying signs that say “Black Lives Matter”.
We have evolved to a place where a black life only matters if that person is killed by a non-black.
If you are black and are killed by another black (as is almost always the case) your life is not worth spit.
How many blacks killed each other over this last weekend?
No one knows, because those lives don’t mean spit.
