The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating and identifying a woman accused of walking down Decatur Street in New Orleans and randomly stabbing two men who were walking down the street.
It happened on November 30, 2014, in the 900 block of Decatur Street.
Shortly before 9 p.m., the woman walked down the sidewalk poking random pedestrians with an unknown sharp object. She appeared to be mumbling to herself as she walked down the street. Two men, 28 and 62-years-old, sustained minor lacerations.
The surveillance video captured both incidents and it appears that she turns around after she walked passed the men to see if they noticed.
The suspect was described as a white female, approximately 5'6" tall, in her 30s, having a thin build, and brunette hair. She was wearing an oversized camouflage jacket.

Woman on sidewalk randomly stabs pedestrians
Hate to even think of how awful this might have been if she was off the sidewalk.

Article title: Woman made up report of being stabbed while jogging in Palatine, police say
I am ultra-ambivalent on this.
I think she is mentally screwed up and needs help.
But if someone were to stab me just like that on the street, then lady or no, I would probably punch her in the nose.
Hopefully she has not fouled the sharp with blood of her own or someone else’s HIV blood. This might be a vengeance thing against men, 1 of whom might have infected her.
She was wearing an oversized camouflage jacket.
Was she one of the Duck Dynasty girls?
Forget it Jake, it’s N`awlins.

Crazy people in the French Quarter - a timeless tradition.
I wonder if she was singing “do wa diddy, diddy dum diddy do”?
