Surprised that UMass/Crazyland has taken this event so calmly.

While I can somewhat understand people’s different opinions of the case, I just can’t understand the hands up don’t shoot symbolism. This never happened. Brown never had hands up to surrender. Yet somehow this has become a symbol of this event, even though it didn’t happen that way.
The actual symbolism should be heads down, in the charging position, charging someone like a bull. But that actual symbolism of what really happened doesn’t fit the liberal narrative surrounding this case.

I think that Hands Up, Walk Out is a good idea.
If Brown had done that instead of attacking Officer Wilson and trying to take his gun he would be alive today.

Unbelievable, to think that so much money from parents and grandparents is spent to get these kids a good education, only to be brainwashed by a bunch of commie teachers. It just proves how devoid these jerks are of the facts in the case. As a country we are plummeting down a cesspool to hell.

It seems like if they REALLY wanted to show solidarity, they’d steal cigars and beat the crap out of any Asian store keeper they can find.

Does this mean I can do “hands down, kick you square in the balls?”
These children are so incredibly silly.

They now either know that “Hands Up” was a lie, or they are complete morons who don’t belong in any college.

800 (including faculty and staff) out of 22,000+ undergraduates isn’t very impressive.
But if I were a student (or paying parent) I would be pretty p***ed that class was canceled for this BS.

Ahead of the event, UMass Chancellor Kumble Subbaswamy communicated his support in an email to the campus community, saying, It will assuredly raise awareness of what Ferguson reveals about the state of racial justice in our country and will provide an opportunity for our community to come together in solidarity. Good to know that UMass is in good hands!

UMass is another school that needs to be closed, and the facilities used to house illegal immigrants or something more useful like the homeless.

Surprised that so many are still believing a lie. If Brown had surrendered and accepted that he was being arrested, he would be alive and awaiting trial today. The grand jury rejected the perjured story that Brown was complying with the policeman’s orders.

Wanna guess the academic (if one could call it that) majors of these students?
The fact that they have any time at all to devote to this low-IQ silliness pretty much tells you, not?

Approximately 800 University of Massachusetts students, faculty and staff participated in a national Hands Up, Walk Out protest Monday afternoon. This is a perfect example of ignorance in our Universities. Especially the faculty. America cannot afford to surrender to these sad kind of pigs.
