The fact is the only way to reduce what you’ll pay under Obamacare is to 1) qualify for a heavy subsidy or Medicaid, or 2) shop for a policy that has significantly increased out-of-pocket minimums upwards of 5 figures.
The whole scheme was concocted to get healthcare for the uninsured, entitled among us that is heavily subsidized by workers and producers. It was further disguised so that the impacts would not be evident until after Obama was reelected and, hopefully, hidden through 2016.
In the end, ObamaCare would only be a good deal if you don’t work, don’t produce and live off the government. The rest of us will be taxed, gouged and means-tested until we are broke.
If you live in a state that did not set up its own exchange, that heavy subsidy could be pulled right out from under you if the SCOTUS rules as they should - that the subsidies in states that don't have exchanges are illegal.
If that happens, the number of uninsured that will result will dwarf the number of uninsured before this monstrosity was enacted.
Those people will not be able to afford $6,000-$12,000/year for coverage.
