Just had the computer fixed by the elves at TrendMicro
It was a virus in the dllhos.exe*32 COMSurrogate
One can have one on the task manager control alt delete choose TASK Manager.
Fixed.

clarification, only one of those dll exe32 com Surogate should be on the task manager. others are driven by a virus.
