He hasn’t got a chance. He's lining up the big money now. And he'll have a real shot at the nomination if GOP conservative candidates split the primary vote (as in 2008 and 2012).

I’m sure his handlers know that and that means there’s another reason for him to run, like controlling who actually gets the GOP nomination by bleeding off votes or he’s been assured he’ll get the nomination.
