Mayor De Blasio’s Bloody Hands - Obama, Holder, and the Left's climate of hate
The American Spectator ^ | December 22, 2014 | Jeffrey Lord

Posted on 12/22/2014 1:53:28 AM PST by Cincinatus' Wife

The climate of hate in Dallas was real,and it had real consequences,”wrote former New York Times columnist Frank Rich in response to a letter to the editor criticizing his 2011 New York Magazine essay titled “What Killed JFK.” So the obvious question:New York City’s current police commissioner Bill Bratton said this past Saturday night of the cold-blooded murder of NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos:“They were, quite simply,assassinated—targeted for their uniform,and for the responsibility they embraced.”.................

Whether it’s inviting the infamous race agitator Al Sharpton to the White House dozens upon dozens of times(Obama)or giving speeches in which the message is the police are not to be trusted (de Blasio)or using the full weight of the federal government (Holder)to jump into the middle of the Ferguson shooting by meeting with protesters but not the police—taking sides—the American Left’s contempt for the police has emerged repeatedly. The message has been sent—and received. All three are seen as anti-police.

To Ismaaiyl Brinsley, saturated in this culture,Officers Liu and Ramos were not human beings—they were “pigs.” So too was New Jersey State Trooper Foerster a mere “pig” to his assassin, JoAnne Chesimard. The latter who,after escaping, fled to Castro’s Cuba. Which regime is now being recognized by President Obama.....

For over fifty years the American Left has been insisting that what really killed John F. Kennedy was a “climate of hate” in Dallas. If they believe what they say,then there is one place and only one place to look for the reason these two police officers have now been murdered in cold blood.

That would be the American Left,its participants and cheerleaders who have whipped up this anti-police hysteria that is today’s “climate of hate.” Now there are two dead policemen to prove the point. No wonder the police have turned their back on him.

NYC Mayor De Blasio is shunned in the hospital waiting room filled with NYPD officers (all with their backs turned to him as he makes his way through the room with his entourage). Those assembled officers had gone to the hospital to be together and to be where NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were taken after they were murdered in cold blood.

What kind of “climate of hate in Dallas” are they talking about? JFK wasn’t universally popular anywhere, and while many Texans didn’t like him, others did; and furthermore, he was assassinated by a leftist with ties to Cuba. The latter fact is what the left wishes to cover up by blaming some fictional [obviously right wing] “climate of hate in Dallas.”

But the leftist revolution runs on hatred. Ever since the dawn of leftwing thought, the revolution has required the selection and definition of classes of enemies, the constant stoking of hatred towards those supposed enemies, and the whipping up by leftist intellectuals of the most ignorant sections of society into a bloodthirsty mob.

If they believe what they say...

They don't. They only believe what they 'feel.' And right now, they feel there is too many white men alive and they feel like police have to be punished for doing the job and they feel like the earth is dying....etc

........."The Third Way" is a familiar term from the lexicon of the left with a long and dishonorable pedigree in the catastrophes created by messianic socialists in the 20th Century. It is the most ornate panel in the tapestry of deception I described at the beginning of this essay.

In the 1930s, Nazis used "The Third Way" to characterize their own brand of national socialism as a equidistant between the "internationalist" socialism of the Soviet Union and the capitalism of the West. Trotskyists used "The Third Way" as a term to distinguish their own Marxism from Stalinism and capitalism. In the 1960s, New Leftists used "The Third Way" to define their politics as an independent socialism between the Soviet gulag and America's democracy.

But as the history of Nazism, Trotskyism and the New Left have shown, there is no "Third Way." There is the capitalist, democratic way based on private property and individual rights—a way that leads to liberty and universal opportunity. And there is the socialist way of group identities, group rights, a relentless expansion of the political state, restricted liberty and diminished opportunity. The Third Way is not a path to the future. It is just the suspension between these two destinations. It is a bad faith attempt on the part of people who are incapable of giving up their socialist schemes to escape the taint of their discredited past......

.....Their cynicism flows from the very perception they have of right and wrong. They do it for higher ends. They do it for the progressive faith. They do it because they see themselves as having the power to redeem the world from evil. It is that terrifyingly exalted ambition that fuels their spiritual arrogance and justifies their sordid and, if necessary, criminal means.

And that is why they hate conservatives. They hate you because you are killers of their dream. Because you are defenders of a Constitution that thwarts their cause. They hate you because your "reactionary" commitment to individual rights, to a single standard and to a neutral and limited state obstructs their progressive designs. They hate you because you are believers in property and its rights as the cornerstones of prosperity and human freedom; because you do not see the market economy as a mere instrument for acquiring personal wealth and political war chests, to be overcome in the end by bureaucratic schemes.

Conservatives who think progressives are misinformed idealists will forever be blind-sided by the malice of the left—by the cynicism of those who pride themselves on principle, by the viciousness of those who champion sensitivity, by the intolerance of those who call themselves liberal, and by the ruthless disregard for the well-being of the downtrodden by those who preen themselves as social saints....... - David Horowitz, June 2000

Yeh good post-—and leftist Obama spits on JFK’s grave by kissing up to Cuba and the Castro’s. That murderous little leftist bastard Oswald was a Castro sympathizer. JFK was the last Dem president remotely displaying America in non-bastardized form.

The media of the time were so convinced that the killer had to be a right winger that they largely never got around to correcting themselves. Speculation made on air that day left little to the imagination about broadcasters thought motivated the killing.

Restraining orders should have been filed against DiBlasio to prevent him from appearing at any and every policeman’s funeral service henceforth.

When he was nominated, "The Democracy Alliance" purged Obama's Ebola Czar, Ron Klain, off its website--Klain is connected to the left-wing group "The Third Way."

=======================================================

Could this shady mega-funder "The Democracy Alliance" be a WH/Democrat Ponzi scheme? While they bash Wall Street publicly, they have quietly recruited venture capitalists, bankers and hedge fund moguls to their cause -- along with union bosses and red-diaper trust fund babies -- to fund their takeover goals. BTW, $230,000 public school union dues go to "The Democracy Alliance."

================================================

REFERENCE--- "The Democracy Alliance" does not itself raise and spend a great deal of money. Rather, being a partner in the Alliance requires one to contribute large amounts to other left-wing groups (listed below).

The Alliance evaluates left-wing organizations on various criteria, and makes recommendations to its members as to where they should put their money. Currently, the Alliance lists 21 groups in its “Aligned Network”: <><> America Votes, American Constitution Society, Black Civic Engagement Fund, Brennan Center, Catalyst, Center for American Progress, Center for Community Change, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Common Purpose Project, Fund for the Republic, Latino Engagement Fund, Media Matters for America, New Media Ventures, New Organizing Institute, Organizing For Action, Progressive Majority, Progress Now, State Engagement Initiative, State Voices, Women’s Equality Center and Youth Engagement Fund.

Progressive boob De Blasio has created an image of an official for whom the rules of accountability don’t apply, one who seems to have contempt for the public, the press and anyone who disagrees with him.....maybe it was those secret meetings with members of the Obama administration.

A walk-through Big Bird De Blasio's chicken coop.

Once served as Public Advocate under the name "Warren Wilhelm."

Personally placed a late-night "fixer" call to the NYPD following the arrest of his political pal, Bishop Orlando Findlayter.

Ordered police department to withhold the bishop’s arrest report.

Has barred the press from a number of speaking engagements.

Snubbed pro-Israel AIPAC--deleted speech from his public schedule.

Insists on taxing the wealthy for pre-K, even though state aid was offered.

Refuses to answer questions he finds inconvenient.
