BINGO!!!
It smells of SEIU they make more money when they unite all idiots.
The US is NOT a Democracy, it is a Representative Republic. In a Democracy, the people vote directly for their goodies, in a Representative Republic we elect people who vote for us (or in our case, against us).
Remember the blackout of NYC back in 1965? There was No increase in crime, no looting, no riots.
12 years later, under the Jimmy Carter admin there was another NYC blackout with looting all over the place! Carter even made excuses for the looters.
So, what happened in those 12 years to change the situation?
“One day a real rain will come...”
LOOK, LOOK! The cop in front is bashing a protester already down!
“and wash all the scum off the streets.”
People often confuse thuggish behavior with mental illness because such behavior is so alien to them. I’m sure some are ill, and others borderline retarded, but most thugs just are poorly socialized. They just don’t have what it takes to live in a civilized society.
Times Square on New Years Eve has half the NYPD in and surrounding the area, with obviously lots of undercover police in the crowd. Normally, I’d say it’s the safest place in the world. Of course, these are not normal times.
hey....... it’s new york who gives a damn??/ New York is not America
Inciting riots and mayhem is NOT legal.
I’m not surprised; these urban holes have to raise revenue, and they’ll do anything to get it. The last time I paid for a meal in Newark NJ was years ago when I got a nonsense parking ticket (I kept my eye on the meter, which only took 1 hour at a time, to prevent exactly this thing from happening). I paid (as there was no way to prove my case) and never looked back; I advise anyone I know to avoid eating there, and when I am invited by vendors to lunch I steer them to neighboring towns with the same restaurants (without the graft).
NJ has just throwmn out many of its red light cameras, and the welfare chief (mayor) of Newark has asked the state if they could keep theirs; he openly admitted it was for the revenues, and the word “safety” wasn’t even mentioned...
Could be raining.
Exactly! This is NOT about peaceful assembly for redress of grievances, it’s a threat to public safety , emergency vehicles having to be re-routed, possibly costing lives...and it constitutes theft from merchants who are unable to do business. If I were planning to visit NYC, I’d CANCEL!
