Jerry Brown is a wannabe dictator who actually, literally thinks he can stop the wind by raising gas taxes.

I remember when he wanted to drill giant holes through the mountains and install fans to suck the pollution out of LA and blow it into the desert.

That idea actually had some merit and may have allowed some industry to stay in LA.
