Who cares what Obambi does on this? He should keep his nose out of local affairs. I don’t know why anyone expects him to do anything about local police issues in NYC. The death of two policemen in NYC, however reprehensible and tragic, is not of national import.
It was, is and will be Valerie Jarrett. It's easy to get carried away with the 'shadowy figure' cliche but Obama himself has admitted that he runs everything past her. The reality is the assembly-line sequence of bad ideas and worse execution originates with her and she has escaped accountability so far. If Obama has an axe to grind she's got a hardware store's worth. This also explains Obama's maddening ability to calmly deny or falsely represent such disasters since he's merely a mouthpiece, much like the White House press secretaries' glib denial of reality.
