Yes, it can’t be used to prove ‘Hey, he did it then, so it’s likely he did it here too’ but upon notice to the defendant, it can be used to show motive, identity, opportunity, and some other things.
Of course if the defendant opens the door himself, for whatever reason, then the prosecution can walk right in.

No, I am not stunned or surprised by what Obama and Holder do. I expect it from all democrats. It is just that some are worse than others. The current resident of the white but is about as bad as any I have seen. The article is about the Obungler making race relations worse, which necessitated a Captain Obvious response. We already know this. Now, I may have been slightly stunned at first, but when he said the Cambridge police acted stupidly, I knew he really IS a punk.
