“The Democrat strategy there would be for the new president, Joe Biden to select Hillary Clinton as his Vice President, thus giving her a huge advantage for 2016.”
That would be a tough sell for Joe to accept. After all, HE wants to be President and he has to be anxious to show us his stuff after groveling for two terms under the worst ever excuse for President.
Joe realizes that Hillary would trounce him in the primaries (she’s currently at 66% among registered Democrats and left leaning indpendents, Joe’s at
8%). He’d be convinced by the party leaders to appoint her for the good of the party.
