Which would give one a very biased opinion of 'blacks'. Is this not true ?

I think it would give a reasonable view of Black 'criminal types'.

He also gave his view, which also seemed reasonable, of Asian and White 'criminal types', and it was against those types that he compared the Blacks.

I understand that. Still, his view of black criminal types do not apply to ALL blacks any more than his view of white criminal types applies to ALL whites.
