I find it difficult to believe North Dakota is a high outbound population. The state’s population has never been higher.

Thanks for the interesting map. 3 of the high inbound states, NC, FL, and TX, are projected to become Demonrat-Dhimmicrat majority states within the next 10 years - combination of illegal aliens and Dems relocating from the northeast/mid-Atlantic and Rust Belt.

Wait a minute. North Dakota is “high outbound”. I thought the oil business was booming and people were flocking there?
