The momentum is to create as much action between the citizenry and the appointed to cause a divide the government needs to step in and correct.
The appointed are (now) cops, but that class can easily be shifted to politicians or doctors or insurance agents ...
It doesn't matter who is identified as such ... what matters is the government must be the savior

...what matters is the government must be the savior...So each of us should choose a local "savior" apparatchik and be prepared to remove him/her from the equation as soon as the situation leaves no alternative. They might start having "accidents", or just disappear. Start at the top, with THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS. Find out where they live and work, their travel habits, recreation, etc.
