Two teenagers have been charged in the Thursday killing of a Roaring Spring, Pa., woman, according to Pennsylvania state police in Bedford County.
One of the teenagers is charged with homicide and other related offenses while the other is charged with conspiracy to commit homicide and other related offenses in the death of Stephanie Waters, 21.
Police did not identify the 16-year-old boy from Woodbury, Pa., and the 15-year-old boy from Martinsburg, Pa., who were arrested as suspects.
Ms. Waters was reported missing Thursday to the Roaring Spring Borough Police Department, and posts were made on social media describing her and her vehicle.
A resident living on Salemville Road in Woodbury, Bedford County, noticed a vehicle matching the description in the driveway of an abandoned house and notified state police. They found Ms. Waters dead in the rear seat of her vehicle. Police launched an investigation and determined the death was a homicide.
The two teenagers were developed as suspects and were found and arrested without incident.
The investigation is ongoing.

God only knows what terror this poor woman went through at the hands of these sociopaths.

Jeez, I was born in this part of Pennsylvania and the black percentage of the population is minuscule (appox 99% white) and spent my early youth there. Why the hell do I see YUTES was the perp(s) in most publicized serious crimes from that area?

I think compiling lists of these creeps and starting a blog of sorts on social media advertising the cultural moral void of obamas relatives might have major impact on U.S. citizens who have no idea off the enormity of the crisis. We should be holding mass marces every day with the names of gthe victims.

I’ve lived in Western and Central PA for over half my life, and I’ve traveled through Bedford county quite a bit, and it seems like it has been in constant decline over that time.
Too few jobs and too much dependence on gov’t assistance, combined with a loss of morality and cohesive families. But of course, that describes many areas of the US these days.
Definitely Teens. They look like teenagers, too.
They are now pushing for post-birth abortions, and a time limit of 5 years was mentioned. Maybe it’s time to extend that limit in certain cases (like these two)?
