You don't have a right to “peaceably assemble” on private property

wow a whopping ten out of 1500-2000.
guess it didn’t really bother them that much.
guess they don’t give a sh1t about real shoppers and their potential safety.

The same PUKES that shut down I-894 towards Milwaukeestan, WI a few weeks back had Sheriff Clarke arresting and charging 73 out of the 100 arrested that day.
Law Enforcement is pushing back against this stupidity.
And, GOOD!

Fortunately they don’t have to indict and prosecute all 1500-2000 - they can convict one or all ten and make them pay for everyone’s misdeeds.

2009 lawbreakers and only a dozen or two charged? So, 99+ percent of law breaking is just fine with the public servants of Minnesota — It appears the citizens and merchants have to take matters into their own hands now

On the highway demonstrations:
As a counter demonstration the motorists should have either blown their horns or blasted their stereos to drown out the protesters.

Barry and Holder promised federal investigations into Ferguson and Staten Island. Where are the indictments?

But its the way these things are usually handled.
Probably considerably cheaper to charge a few leaders.

They face an array of misdemeanor charges, including public nuisance, trespassing and disorderly conduct.Seems undercharged. Did the DA consider a felony conspiracy charge? That would more fairly encompass their role as the leaders and instigators.

Imagine that. Proponents of bigger government complaining about bigger government coming down on them.
Sounds like they need bigger government. Maybe further blurred lines between what’s public and what’s private would help them.
(like it or not, the MN Supremes ruled MOA is private property. I think maybe the case should be revisited since the mall gets more money every legislative session.)
