All that RINOs have to do to kill Obamacare is to honest up by pointing out the following. Regardless what Obama’s activist justices want everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, the Supreme Court had historically clarified that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate healthcare purposes.

You see, this is the true face of the Republican Party — they are about their elite status, state power, and don't care about the Constitution.
It is the Constitutionalist, the Libertarian, the Conservative that are RINOs — It's been made abundantly clear that we have no say, no place, in the Republican party.
