Mother said he was ‘off his meds’. Another example of a mental case, not controlled by parents, who should be institutionalized. LAWSUITS! I’d OWN the hospital!

should be institutionalized Not too far from me is the old Elgin State Hospital. The place was huge, my guess is about one mile square! Over 3,000 patients!
Now all but gone.
Now we have 3,000 more homeless!
