His budget this year was based on $125 per barrel of oil. With it down around $48.00 or so, he is in deep doggie poop. He is going to have to cause havoc to keep the wolves in Moscow off his butt. He has an army to feed and pay. He has billions tied up in remaking his military. So, he is going to do something to punish the Euros. He cannot touch the USA short of war. But he can punish the Euros with no natural gas, in the middle of a wickedly cold winter.
