The latest group relied on predictions that seas off Florida would rise two feet by 2060, but cautioned that levels are a moving target. Harvard University researchers published a new study this month recalculating the rates of increase and found seas have risen 25 percent faster in the last two decades than previously thought.
Didn't Hussein lower the sea levels?

A Mayor doing something to stop “sea rise” ? Such a notion should be met with derisive laughter.

I imagine the jerk will buy a bunch of computers with Algore software and hire a bunch of brainless pinheads to run them.

If arctic and antarctic ice are increasing, how are sea levels rising?

Yeppers. That waterline is going by 1 foot per century.
But passing a carbon tax is worth 1.3 trillion a year in new tax revenues.
Passing a mandatory carbon-trading scheme worldwide (through the UN and EU) is worth 6 trillion a year to the democrats’ banker and overseas investors.
Neither will change sea level rise.

I put the deli guy who makes my egg sandwiches in charge of dealing with the rising seas by me.
So far, he's doing a bang-up job.

The mayor probably wants to scare some residents to sell their ocean-front property CHEAP.

OOOOh...a “suite of resolutions”! Very, uh, nuanced. A suite. Resolutions. Wow. As soon as God and Mother Nature get wind that there’s a suite of resolutions coming they’ll be “recalibrating” for sure!

I propose each occupant of Miami-Dade take a pan to the seashore and bail 1 gallon of seawater to stop the rise.
