To: Red Badger

That’s funny, we have one that we still have to support running 3.1. It’s an NC controller gateway and the software company went out of biz years ago, not upgrades or support. Still works great. I have backups of backups of that stupid thing just in case. I’m a little panicky about losing it.

Linux Mint 17.1 is the best OS I have ever used.

Still have XP, 7, 8.1 and MacOSX. Linux blows them all away while even running on half the hardware.

Ours is used for test programs we wrote in BASIC and QBASIC years ago. It has a 40MB HDD and still runs. Boots up in DOS.

I still write programs for it, and have backups, naturally, on a ‘real’ computer!........................
