I’m curious why he’s “asking” Congress. Remember when Clinton put millions of acres in New Mexico/Colorado border area off limits. (Diamonte ? or some such) I don’t remember that being done with Dem majorities in both houses of Congress. It was done later, iirc, after Newt’s revolution.
