Not necessary. There are only about 9000 members of Boko Haram. And you don't even have to kill all of those 9000.
Boko Haram is accustomed to very little opposition. A serious campaign could stop them without having to kill them all. Muslims respond to force; it is all they understand.
They understand Final Force, or at least the effect is the same as if they understand it. They stop killing people.
