Cruz is a “lightweight” who could win, however. I love both of them, but my gut tells me Cruz would be the more prudent choice. He’s coherent, he hits all the conservative checkboxes, he’s got the passion. Hopefully Sarah throws in with him. My biggest fear is a repeat of 2008 and 2012: with a diluted field where the monied RINO swoops in and claims the prize only to go down in flames...
Cruz doesn’t have Gov Palin’s executive experience. He can be her VP and learn under her for 8 years.
