Project neurologists confirm this research project's earlier hypothesis that very early in life perhaps, even in utero, Putin suffered a huge hemispheric event to the left temporal lobe of the prefrontal cortex, which involves both central and peripheral nervous systems, gross motor functioning on his right side (head, rib cage, arm and leg) and his micro facial expression, eye gaze, hearing and voice and general affect," the report said.
Putin appears to be "defensive in large social settings."
I have no doubt he is demon possessed also.

I heard Putin speak at a Texas high school along with Bush Jr.
Putin has turned out to be a bit of a monster but I don’t think he has real mental problems.
He was a very charismatic speaker, much more so than Bush. He probably has problems with right/wrong perception but nothing else.

Our guy has the slims, is a stoner, has a coke addiction, a popper habit and narcissistic personality disorder and we’re worried about a third-rate tin pot strongman?

Oh give me a break. Putin is completely rational and knows exactly what he’s doing. Remind me again who still controls Crimea and a large chunk of Ukraine? He could take it all if he wanted to, and there would not be a thing NATO would do about it.

If he does have Asperger’s, than that makes him doubly a threat. He is highly intelligent, but every moral qualm I little more than a theoretical data point.
He could literally wipe out entire populations and it wouldn’t resonate with him emotionally.

There are guys waiting in the wings, including one of the ones in command of the Ukraine operation, that make Putin look like a piker.

Did you see yesterday that he sent a bomber with nuclear weapons aboard over the English Channel?
The third rate tin pot strongman is shaking a big stick at the West right now. Its typical Russian bravado but not to be taken lightly. We need a strong response to prevent war and we have mister lead from behind as president.
We could be in a world of sh!t.

That would not remove the possibility of him having Asperger’s. People who have it are basically walking computers in their mindset.
They are not stupid. In fact, they often have higher IQ’s than the average person. They tend towards being obsessive and they have no emotional connection with being moral.

Putin suffered a huge hemispheric event to the left temporal lobe of the prefrontal cortex, which involves both central and peripheral nervous systems...I hope this is just bad reporting; otherwise we have incompetent neurologists working for the gov. Neurologically the statement is meaningless.

Or maybe, from his appearance, hydrocephalus.

With Obama in office we are in the same position as Britain was prior to WW II.
We have a strong man dictator with aggressive expansionist ambitions who feels his country was slighted in the recent past trying to intimidate us to achieve some of his goals.
We are as Britain was led by a swishy appeaser.
If we do not present a strong response to Putins provocations we can expect him to move on the former Soviet satellite states regardless of the economic sanctions and the falling ruble.

You are might be misinformed about Asperger's. It's not psychopathy. It's "on the spectrum," the ASD spectrum, and "high-functioning Aspies" are not without a moral center, and right and wrong are not "data points" or abstractions with such people.
Asperger's isn't even in in the DSM, any longer, for whatever that might be worth (since a lot of things that probably should be aren't listed any longer either).
Ordinarily I'd like to respect consultants hired by the Pentagon for threat assessment, but I gotta wonder...
