I heard Putin speak at a Texas high school along with Bush Jr.
Putin has turned out to be a bit of a monster but I don’t think he has real mental problems.
He was a very charismatic speaker, much more so than Bush. He probably has problems with right/wrong perception but nothing else.

Oh give me a break. Putin is completely rational and knows exactly what he’s doing. Remind me again who still controls Crimea and a large chunk of Ukraine? He could take it all if he wanted to, and there would not be a thing NATO would do about it.

If he does have Asperger’s, than that makes him doubly a threat. He is highly intelligent, but every moral qualm I little more than a theoretical data point.
He could literally wipe out entire populations and it wouldn’t resonate with him emotionally.

I have read that it is believed that many engineers have Asbergers.
Heck, I do not like social settings oe people in general, and absolutely loathe crowds. Cannot remember names unless they are cute chicks, etc.
