Yes, that is what I was mentioning. You had to drive under it to get to the mall. Gun shows, craft shows, computer markets, home shows and model train expos. Used to be pretty cool. Haven’t been there in a LONG time.

Monroeville used to be a really nice suburb. I grew up in S.Oakland...before my got sick, she dragged my dad to open houses in PennHills and Monroeville. They were “nice.” What happened (bus line from Wilkinsburg etc). A damn shame.

IT WAS LOWER LEVEL OF MACYS—the Mister Rodgers Neighborhood PlayPlace is outside Macy’s on the bottom level. I’ve been there w/the grandbaby.
SURROUNDED...shop Macy’s out here in Westmoreland County.
I’m watching WPXI on Fox 53 (Dave Bondy) just said that it was a “targeted shooting.” Three shot, two of them critical.

I read the emergency room at Forbes is on lock down. Cops must feel there’s a risk of someone coming in there and finishing the job. Sick world.
The Mr Rodgers Play Place is really nice. Honest, during the day Ive always thought of MM as safe. My 17 y/o wanted to take his GF to (what used to be) Destinta in North Versailles (they were going to meet other kids & see SpongeBob movie).
One of the other kid’s mom is a nurse at Forbes-THATS how we learned of this here. DID NOT let son son out of the house tonight. NV too close to Monroeville. Just damn. If I could Id move to Ligioner.
My son just yelled that to me. His friends mom is working in the hosp (she is NOT an ER nurse).
All I can say is JUST DAMN.
Crap. I missed it. I have a little one who doesn’t want to go to bed right now.
The only thing that bothered me about MM was the traffic. Being from the other side of the city I could never get used to the crazy drivers on the east side...LOL!
BTW This week I got a couple of quad copters (with cameras!) for youngest son and I.
We flew them a bit today in my apartment complex parking lot.
