Yep. The confusion was just unfolding and wasn’t full-fledged when I was heading inside. I saw ambulances and cops at another entrance. This mall had a mob riot in December and I intiallly thought there was some small scuffle or something that was being made a big deal. It was after this woman warned us and we turned around that the stream of people and cars really began. And the ambulances and cops started pouring in as we were pulling out.
So poor judgement on my part? yeah, I guess. But it happened very fast and I think I was there so early on that no one really had a grasp of what was happening.

Not sure, but I think she meant she got her seven year old out of the car, then started in, before she realized what was happening.
