Republican Presidents, as far as I can recall, have never insulted ANY portion of the American public, no matter how much they disagree with them. You just DON’T insult your citizenry period.
Yet barry does this EVERY day of his regime. Anyone who disagrees with him are NOT Americans that he is president of; rather THEY are subjects and are to be dealt with via law, regulation, tax that they oppose and will hurt them. Tough, too bad...
