The anti-American slogans Iranians are obliged to chant on political holidays - like today's anniversary of the 1979 revolution - have little to do with how most Iranians feel. One of the great problems we have to overcome [in the United States] is ignorance of Iran, Slattery said. You aren't negotiating with "most Iranians," you jackass. You're negotiating with a regime that executes people for their faith.

Slattery said he discovered other areas in common with top Iranian officials. On his first evening in Tehran, he had dinner with Irans deputy nuclear negotiator, Majid Ravanchi, and found out that Ravanchi attended the University of Kansas at the same time that Slattery represented that district in Congress. Arriving in Tehran, he was blown away, he said when the young man who took his passport told him, I hope you guys can get this nuclear thing worked out so we can meet some American women. Another nice surprise was the fondness of the top Iranian officials for American rock and roll music. A favorite is a big hit from the late '50s .. give a listen

Now a partner in a Washington law firm, Slattery said he had not made a dime representing clients with interests in Iran and that his advocacy of rapprochement with Iran reflected his view that this was in the best interest of my kids and my grandkids. Sure, you do everything pro bono and live entirely on a glass jar for donations that you keep outside the cardboard box you live in.

This is interesting...
Slatter, of Wiley Rein LLP, represented the former prime minister of Ukraine, Tymoshenko, the one who is serving 7 years for corruption.

Shattering taboos and violating them are not the same thing.
Slattery is a traitor.

You mean Yulia? Who wouldn't?
Yulia Tymoshenko former Prime Minister of Ukraine recently failed to get elected. She can run here in 2016. She has an Hawaiian birth certificate and she has a social security number. (Assuming the package I sent her got to her.)

McBee cleaned up on green projects and no down payment bi loans, looks like the next trough with slop and earmarks in it is in the area of cybersecurity and drone issues.

He makes at least $550,000 from the law firm annually - apparently this is chump change to him.
