Hope he does. He's a reliable and absolutely conservative voter. That's exactly what is needed. Doesn't matter how conservative a candidate is if they can't get elected. Akin is damaged goods. His campaign will be a distraction. Find someone else.

And, yet, McConnell remains Senate Majority Leader. I'd be pleased to have "damaged goods" like Akin over an "electable" McConnell any day. It's a shame more folks aren't as smart as I.
