I bet you Putin has a alibi. he was busy at the time signing orders for the elimination of his opposition so he could not of done it. it must off been some evil outsider.

I had high hopes for both Putin and Russia but unfortunately it appears he is another Stalin or maybe Hitler.
He can be charismatic which can be used for good or bad. Sure looks like he is a baddie.

Russia’s Wolves have been known to intimidate and harass (and been accused of worse) Putin Opposition.
