Jihadist snouts still in public trough ( Australia )

NOT a single welfare payment has been cancelled for terrorist recruits leaving Australia for the Middle East, or those merely deemed a national security threat, since new laws were enacted last October to crack down on the so-called welfare warriors.

The Daily Telegraph revealed at the weekend that 96 per cent of the junior jihadis who snuck out of the country before last September had been on some form of welfare payment, prompting the introduction of new laws to stop it.

...

Subsequent inquiries, however, have revealed that the new laws have yet to be used, despite some 40 more people having left since they were passed.

The laws contained in the Foreign Fighters Act allow for the welfare payments to be stopped to those who leave to fight abroad but also more generally to people deemed a national security threat.

Social Services Minister Scott Morrison confirmed his department had not yet been asked to stop any welfare payments, a request it is believed would come via the Attorney-General’s department or office.

...

ASIO has 400 people it deems to be high-priority national security risks, and about 90 people are now fighting in Iraq or Syria for the Islamic State.

“The departments in my portfolio have not yet been requested by our security agencies through their ministers to act to discontinue any benefit payments under the new powers and arrangements established last year,” Mr Morrison said.

These SOBs aren’t so bigoted that they pass up the chance to live off the earnings of “infidels.” This sewer cult is full of criminals who think nothing of living off the people they want to murder.

The corrupt beauro-crazies love getting paid , by the taxpayers, to give away tax money to any lazy, corrupt fool.

It would be a start if accurate terminology was used.

Welfare payments by Western societies to Muslim jihadists are a form of jizya tax.

Why would they give up free stuff from infidels? That’s the only way they can survive: selling infidels as slaves, jizya (taxing), extortion, ransom, welfare.

Free money for going jihad. Australia is a great country! Never mind, we do the same thing here in America. Thank you, Obama!
