Not plausible. The email account wouldn’t have been a .gov account so even someone as dull as Slow Joe would have caught that .... that is if they were looking.

If the address he was sending memos to Hillary didn’t end in .gov, then Obama knew that she was using a back channel.
How many people want to bet that Obama didn’t have a back channel e-mail address?
He most likely doesn’t know that his emails to Vallerie Jarret are sent to punishthewest@tehran.jihad.gov.
We know about Hillary's email because Sidney Blumenthal's email was hacked. She wanted him to be part of her team at State, but he was unwelcome by Obama after some of his activity during the primary campaign.

Oh no. After initially denying he knew ANYTHING he got caught in a lie. Now he is claiming that he didn’t know the server was in her house. His initial lie was easy to prove. So the new tactic that he knew her email wasn’t .gov, but he didn’t know it was hosted on her private server is impossible to prove.
They are trying to obfuscate his blatant and intentional lie to CBS. And the media will be fine and relieved by that.

I have a few questions for the I.T Freepers here.
I have to believe that there are tens of thousands of attempts to send the President an email from all over the world. It may take quite a few attempts, but eventually you could probably figure out 0bama’s e-mail address.
1. Wouldn’t the White House email server kick out an email from a domain that wasn’t authorized in an effort to reduced spam and avoid viruses?
2. Wouldn’t someone at State AND the White House have to “unblock” emails from a relatively new domain and one that didn’t meet the protocols?
While it is possible that 0bama wasn’t directly aware of the IT requirements, someone had to authorize it.
The president is covering up multiple felonies.
Was Zippy’s device sending a secure gov’t e-mail to a private unsecure account? That can’t possibly work.
When I send an email, I type in the name from the address book. I see the “alias. I never see the email address unless it is the first time I’ve entered them into my address book. Do you really think Obama is entering his own addresses into outlook?

I can see how Obama could potentially be unaware. He probably type in Hillary and her contact name appeared on the “To:” field as opposed to the email address.
That said, someone damn well should have known. If someone didn’t know, they are all much less competent than even we imagine them to be. First, the email SPAM filter would have to accept the messages from Hillary for it to get to Obama. One would think all but a select few known domains are blacklisted coming in to the White House. Second, I hope to high heaven the White House encrypts their email, which means there would have to have been an exchange of encryption keys for the mails to be readable.
