If this is Mohhamed Mesbah Yazdi (sometimes spelled Yazdii), he is a leader of the Twelvers (i.e. those mystics who are awaiting the arrival of the 12th Imam or Mahdi).
Any deal Heinz Kerry comes up with is dependent on this Iranian, or his replacement, implementing the deal.
Who will be the replacement in that fascist regime? Can we trust an unknown person?
