Malley's biggest sin is his association with J Street because J Street is an adversary of AIPAC.
Much of the present conflict in congress about the bills being considered by congress devolve down to where a individual congressperson gets their Israel campaign money, AIPAC or J Street.
AIPAC is very mature, wealthy, and influential. J Street is young, has less money, and is less influential.
J Street is growing but it remains to be seen if they can grow to the point where they challenge the power of AIPAC.
Couldn’t he just hire Jimmuh Carter and Zbegniew Brerzinsky and have done?
