No, yours are an opinion extrapolated from a very limited view of the 100's of canabanoids that are present in marijuana and the receptors they plug in to.
There is real research that show real benefit for PTSD, Depression, Epilepsy...dozens of others...that show leafy marijuana to be of measurable benefit where refined THC is not.
CBD (cannabidiol) is a case in point. It has enormous benefit for inflammation and pain. Measurable in blind studies and empirical metrics, not subjective.
And it doesn't even get you high.
Also look up epilepsy.
Then do the rest of your research.
When those thousands (not hundreds) of cannabinoids can be isolated and purified to repeatable dosages with measureable effects in placebo-controlled double-blind studies then maybe they could be of value in treating the maladies you describe. Until then you just never know what you’re going to get from leafy marijuana - and the smoke damages your lungs.
