Wow! That is really a great video.

Having suffered a hyper-sprained right ankle, plus a broken left ankle (and the shattering of all the bones in my left foot), I can totally relate.

I was back to work in 3 months. Walking barefoot - back and forth in my apartment was the best exercise I could have done. Now, I walk at least 10 minutes every day; so grateful for God’s mercy and healing.

My surgeon had told me I would be able to walk again; however, at my last visit he confessed he believed it might take me 6-9 months to recover. A sports rehab friend told me, “... some people never recover from that type of injury”.

I agree; never, ever give up.

I’ve been doing DDP Yoga for 1 year after seeing it on Shark Tank. Previous to this I never stuck to any exercise for more than a month or so. Recently celebrated my 60th birthday by doing 60 pushups in 60 seconds.

I wasn’t overweight but I’m much stronger and the regular pain in my by back and leg pain have gone away and I feel great.

I highly recommend it. Like many who are doing it, I never would even consider doing yoga. But this is different. None of the spiritual, meditation stuff, just a kick a** workout As DDP says “This ain’t your mama’s yoga.”

I highly recommend it.

Why not keep going? What do you have to lose?

I never heard of DDP before. I just began basic yoga off the web a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for some [hopefully] rejuvenated flexibility to help me play decent golf for a few more years. I had no idea about the strength potential.

This video and your comments have me interested into looking into it a bit more.

So sorry, yes I did, I was thinking of others like my 63 year old cousin who had a stroke. My mother had the same one at 70 and quit. Our brains are very resilient, called plasticity, and so are our bodies. Loved watching Jack Palance do his pushups and there is a 90+ year old yoga instructor who is also fun to watch.

Motivation is the key.

Well, I really didn’t think about motivation - to me it was more just plain stubbornness - which my family would tell you is a major trait for me. LOL
