Nearly all bill sponsors have admitted these bills are designed to attack the religious principles of Islam or target Muslim communities.

This is patently false.
Typical islamofascist distortion.
Islam consists of three parts.

1. Religious observations and rituals.
2. Total control of any secular system of government.
3. Total mandatory behavior affecting the minutest aspect of every individual's Life.

Absent any of those three components it is no longer the uncompromising ruling system of every koranimal's life, enforced by self appointed superior koranimals, more equal than the ordinary koranimals.

It should be obvious that removing #2 above is not possible for a primitive, uncompromising animalistic culture.

AND MOST IMPOTANT OF ALL, ABSOLUTELY INCOMPATIBLE WITH A SECULAR, FREE, CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC.

By definition, then, there is no way in the universe for accommodation or compromise, when one of those culture's sole method of compromise is convert or die.

Any and all rational rebuttals to the above view of the conundrum, as I see it is certainly welcome.

DOGMATICS NEED NOT APPLY. I am serious about the "rational" part.

CAIR, and all muslims in the United States would have to unconditionally and permanently reject two out of the three "pillars of islam" (and swear under oath to respect the inviolability of U.S. secular law) to qualify for U.S. Constitutional protection.
And never, ever even attempt to restore them, under penalty of immediate deportation to country of origin or any other country of their choice. No appeal.
Our Constitution's Freedom of Religion can NEVER BE USED as the weapon against all other religions, or against the primacy of the U.S. Constitution.

Tennessee’s bill is pretty simple.

House Bill 1141
Attorney General and Reporter - As introduced, requires the attorney general and reporter to report to the department of justice that a no-go zone exists within political subdivisions of the state; requires the attorney general to take all necessary steps to eliminate the no-go zone to enforce compliance with state and federal law. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 3.

I just emailed Rep. Lynn and Sen. Ketron (the sponsors) to voice my SUPPORT for the bill.

I looked up the Texas HB562 & 670... basically says that foreign laws & tribunals cannot go against the US or state constitutions.

HB562 deals with foreign laws & tribunals affecting “proceeding involving marriage, a suit for dissolution of a marriage, or a suit affecting the parent-child relationship”
