That was really my main point: the law-abiding who are closest to it accept it as a part of life. Until that changes, nothing else will. The only alternative solution I see is a level of authority that we no longer have the stomach for. Containing it is the best we can really hope for.

The Shiites hate the Sunnis. The Iranian Army is massing on the border of northern Syria all this week. They have a huge army in Iran and can easily kill the 60,000 sunni bastards and I wish them well. I sure don’t want to spend our blood or money over there.
Bad news is that the ISIS godless dogs have stopped the Iranian Sunnis cold at Tikrit with 1000 buried IEDs and every building is booby trapped on the incoming assault side of Tikrit. Thousands of shiite military casualties have occurred and they are dead stopped. The next phase will be overt air assault from Iran to kill the Sunni godless bastards. I expect that by next Friday and to be quite a show. They will need to blanket bomb and many civilians will die but I wish them well.
Once the people of any faction break out— They cannot be stopped. The carnage that ensues is “to the death”, as in the civil war, where 600.000 dead 400,000 wounded. There is hope if we stand and fight. But if we capitulate and quiver in fear — Isis will soon be cutting heads of our children OFF.
